ACJRD is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the ACJRD Web site (www.acjrd.ie) and governs data collection and usage. By using The ACJRD website, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

Collection of your Personal Information

ACJRD collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, organisation name and department/branch/location, and telephone number for the following purposes: membership registration; event registration; mailing list subscription, Working Group application; or internship application.  Except to the extent required in some circumstances e.g. special dietary requirements, event preferences, event feedback, or interest/expertise in a Working Group, ACJRD does not request any other personal information.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by ACJRD. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by ACJRD for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the ACJRD site.

ACJRD encourages you to review the privacy statements of Web sites you choose to link to through ACJRD so that you can understand how those Web sites collect, use and share your information. ACJRD is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the ACJRD.

ACJRD collects and uses your personal information to operate the ACJRD Web site (www.acjrd.ie) and deliver the services you have requested.

ACJRD keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within our website in order to determine what services are most frequently used.
