Development

In the past the ACJRD has accepted invitations from Government bodies to put forward relevant submissions to the Restorative Justice Commission, the Commission of Investigation into the Death of Gary Douch and the White Paper on Crime. Submissions were based on proven research models and practical expertise in an array of disciplines at Council level, to meet the objectives of the submissions as set by the Government bodies, ACJRD Council and the members of the organisation with relevant expertise and background.

The ACJRD will continue to make submissions in regards to areas of concern to the association’s members as appropriate.
