Varied Applications of Restorative Practice - 21 January 2013
The ACJRD and ACJRD Restorative Justice Working Group will hold the seminar 'Varied Applications of Restorative Practice' at 5.30pm on Monday 21st January 2013. The seminar will take place at the offices of the Probation Service, Smithfield, Dublin 7.
We are proud to announce that Dr Donna Hicks, Associate at the Weatherhead Centre for International Affairs, Harvard University, will give the presentation: Conflict and Dignity - the Lessons for Restorative Justice Practice.
The seminar will also feature presentations from:
- Austin Stack, Assistant Governor, Wheatfield Prison
- Sergeant Andy Tuite, Community Relations, Garda Office for Children and Youth Affairs
- Nadette Foley, Facing Forward

Dr Hicks will be in Dublin as part of a Boston College, Irish Institute exchange program funded by the U.S. Department of State. ACJRD are grateful to these organisations for facilitating her trip.
